I have had the greatest pleasure to spend the last week in Whistler BC. This morning I skated 8 miles through the forest on the Valley Trail listening to the PITB sandwich from 11/17/73. Truly cosmic.

Last night I grabbed the weekly paper around here named the Pique. The music section included the following, along with a 4x6 snap of the Jer:

"He may be dead but he sure ain't gone. This Sunday is Jerry Garcia Day at Dusty's where the Hairfarmers will perform only Grateful Dead and Garcia songs. Bring your tie-dye. Wear your Birkenstocks. Drink the Kool-Aid. It's going to be one groovy afternoon."
